Temperature Range
Heating Rate and Optimal
The heating rate of your sauna is influenced by factors such as the initial temperature and placement of the unit. For best results, choose an ideal location to minimize heat loss and ensure consistent warmth.
Once activated, the sauna heats up by approximately:
- 1°C per minute during the first 20 minutes,
- 2°C per minute in the second interval,
- 3°C per minute in the third.
For maximum comfort and relaxation, maintain your sauna’s temperature between 45°C to 55°C, an ideal range that promotes wellness while minimizing the risk of overheating.
